I've won an award! I was one of five finalists for the Institutional category in this years Spectrum book. I won the silver award for my painting of Dragon Swarm! I'm very excited and very humbled by this win. There was some fierce competition. John Picacio was there in Kansas City and agreed to accept the award on my behalf and my good friend Tom Babbey was at the show to snap the shot below and text me the good news.
